    • Please submit your request within 12 hours of receiving your item.
    • Include clear evidence of the defect or error (e.g., photos).
    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are permitted only within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed, and we are unable to accept cancellations.

  4. Responsibility for Requests: It is the buyer’s responsibility to make any claims for defective or incorrect items and submit cancellation requests within the specified timeframe.
